Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation:
  • Engage with clients on a day-to-day basis to understand and articulate their digital marketing objectives and needs.
  • Propose tailored digital marketing solutions that align with client objectives and market trends.
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Mutually finalize the plan of action for each digital marketing activity with clients.
  • Allocate work to respective team members, ensuring the right expertise is applied to each task.
  • Project Management:
  • Keep a rigorous track of project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met and expectations are aligned.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on project progress, challenges, and successes.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Foster a collaborative environment among team members to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing strategies.
  • Continuously liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure clarity of objectives and quality of output.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise:
  • Stay updated on digital marketing best practices, channels, and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions to clients.
  • Provide internal training and insights to team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and expertise.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master’s preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on client-facing roles.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, Paid Search and Display, Website Development, Marketing Automation, and Full Funnel Analytics.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
