How we work with AI
Target Edge has built proprietary AI systems specifically for the craft of B2B performance marketing, keyword and audience research, ad copy generation, creative briefing, bid logic, and reporting analysis. You will be trained on them. We expect:
- A worldview that AI is a partner, not a threat. AI amplifies capable marketers; it does not replace them. If you believe that, this role will be one of the most leveraged of your career. If you don't, this is not the right place for you.
- Use across the full campaign cycle. AI as a research partner during planning, a drafting partner for ad copy and creative briefs, an optimization partner inside the platforms, and an analysis partner during reporting, not just a tool bolted onto the end.
- Critical judgment. Knowing when AI output sharpens a campaign and when it hurts it, and editing with intent until the work meets our standard and the client's funnel reality.
- Openness to build. You do not need an established AI workflow to apply. You need the disposition to build one with us.
Requirements
- 7-8 years of hands-on experience managing B2B paid ad campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics platforms
- Experience with lead generation funnels and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Solid understanding of B2B buyer journeys and persona targeting
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets for campaign reporting and analysis
- Analytical mindset with a test-and-learn approach
