Job Summary

We are looking for a driven, dynamic, and tech-savvy professional who lives and breathes AI. Someone who doesn’t just use AI tools—but obsesses over discovering new ones, benchmarking them, and wiring them into real business workflows. The goal is to identify every manual, repetitive, or inefficient process across the organisation and replace it with intelligent, automated workflows that save time, cut costs, and directly improve the company’s bottom line.

Job Description

The role

An engineer who improves how the company works by automating its internal processes with AI. You study how teams work across sales, delivery, HR, finance, and marketing, find the manual and repetitive work, and replace it with reliable automated workflows.

We already run on AI. You'll use our existing agents and tools, and we'll build new ones with you.

What you'll own

● Auditing business processes across departments and finding where automation saves the most time.

● Designing, building, and running automated workflows that connect internal tools, systems, and data.

● Integrating AI assistants and agents into everyday team work for research, content, data analysis, and decision support.

● Building internal scripts, utilities, and lightweight applications that solve specific business problems.

● Keeping automations reliable, secure, and safe with company data.

● Evaluating new AI tools and models, and maintaining an internal record of what works.

What we're looking for

● 2 to 3 years of experience (exceptional freshers with strong AI fluency are welcome).

● Hands-on experience building workflow automations and integrations across business tools.

● Fluent with AI as a daily working tool to plan, produce, and analyse work.

● Strong prompting skills, able to get reliable, production-quality output from LLMs.

● Working programming ability in Python or JavaScript: scripting, calling APIs, and debugging integrations.

● Able to think in systems: map a business process end to end and see where AI fits.

● A clear communicator who can explain AI to non-technical colleagues and train them.

● A genuine self-learner who follows AI closely.

Bonus

● Experience with API integrations, webhooks, and connecting agents to business tools.

● Familiarity with agent orchestration and retrieval-based workflows.

● Automations you have already built for personal, freelance, or past work.
